If you live in an area that does have the four seasons you will want to decide how much weatherproofing you want to do. If you live in a very cold area and only want to use your outdoor kitchen for a couple of months out of the year or maybe four or five months, then it will cost you less money to build. You may also want to consider building an outdoor kitchen that can be weatherproofed later on so that you can use it more time out of the year.
